250 Fifth Avenue is a proposed luxury hotel that will combine the adaptive reuse of an existing 6-story, 40,000 square foot structure, and a ground-up development of a 23-story, 90,000 square foot newly constructed tower. The two buildings will be adjoined, and will combine to encompass 155 hotel keys and approximately 20,000 square feet of public space. The total project square footage is 130,000 square feet. › Projected Completion: Summer 2019
